Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to xpresh! We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and tracking.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Delivery Timelines
We offer delivery across all over India.
For Metros and Major Cities, estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
For the Rest of India, estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure you are available at the provided delivery address to make the payment to the courier partner.
The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate. xpresh is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please record a quick unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID.
